Shipping Policy

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods currently

  1. All major Indian and International credit cards

  2. All major Indian and International debit cards

  3. Net banking with major Indian and International banks

  4. Cheque/Demand draft

  5. Wire/Online transfer from all major Indian and International banks

 

Return Policy

Customers may notify us of any damage or defect within 3 days from the date of delivery. Soho Design will replace the defective product with a brand new product at no extra cost. Soho Design will try to replace the specific product ordered. However, the company reserves the right to offer an alternate product in case the product is out of stock/ production. Replacement is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.


 

Items that cannot be Returned:

Personalized / customized gifts.

Greeting Cards


 

Replacement & Exchanges:

Soho Design does not offer cash refunds for gift items. In case of returns customers have the following two options -

  1. Get equivalent amount as Soho Design store credit to be used on any future purchase at Soho Design

  2. In case of damaged or incorrect merchandise, Soho Design would ship the correct product upon receipt of the damaged or incorrect merchandise from you. Customers will have to bear the return shipment and packaging costs
